AN.IV.138 Nikka.t.tha Sutta Four different ways in which people can be subdued:
1. those subdued neither physically nor mentally (i.e. those who don't reside in seclusion whose mind still runs riot);
2. those subdued physically but not mentally (i.e. those who live in seclusion but whose mind still runs riot);
3. those not subdued physically but subdued mentally (i.e who don't reside in seclusion but whose mind does not run riot), and;
4. those subdued both mentally and physically (i.e. those who reside in seclusion and whose mind does not run riot).
