AN.IV.61 | Pattakamma Sutta | One's expenditure should be divided into four parts: 1.to support yourself and family dependents; 2. reserve in case of emergency; 3. payment of taxes and duties, and; 4. for the support of good deeds. Those practising such self-discipline for expenditure can expect: 1. wealth [bhoga]; 2. honour [yasa]; 3. long life [aayu] and; 4. heaven.
