AN.IV.136 Pa.thama Siila Sutta The four degrees of wholeness of a person's pursuit of the path of self-discipline [siila], concentration [samaadhi], and wisdom [pa~n~naa] are enumerated as: 1. those who practice nothing of the three in their entirety (i.e. people in general);
2. those who practice only self-discipline in its entirety (i.e. stream-enterers and once-returners who are sukkhavipassako);
3. those who practice self-discipline and concentration in their entirety (i.e. non-returners), and; 4. those who practice all three in their entirety (i.e. arahants)
